Winter break

Hey guys, believe it or not, I take pictures! I haven't posted photos for awhile, but here are a few of mine from winter break     -Kasha

Playing around with reflections outside of the spy museum in Washington DC.

Washington Monument

A wishing well in Richmond, VA. (Where I am hoping to go to school!!)

A photo of my little sister ice skating, which could be counted as my late "portrait" photo.

"High Five"
I was experimenting with movement, flash, and shutter speed at the botanical gardens in DC, and this was one of my favorites.

Winter Break Photos

I had a very uneventful break, and didn't take many pictures, since there wasn't much to photograph. The first three are from an adventure to Paynes Prairie with my grandparents, while the last one is the only picture that represents winter break, taken right before we disassembled our Christmas tree.

I got a portraiture lens for Christmas, which produces some really amazing bokeh.

New Years

Oddly enough all of my photos over break contained friends! Photo one was for a SCAD portfolio

Picture two: We dyed Kasha's hair!

For Christmas I got my friend James a slack-line and this is him practicing in the yard. Slack-lining, look it up!

Actual new year photo! Happy 2012

Lastly, all the photos above were take with my new christmas gift, a Vivitar pro flash attached to my Nikon D60.
Enjoy, Anastasiya
